Resident has a window shade they are selling.  It fits perfectly for two windows; ordered for their morning room (house is an Ellington model) but decided they didn't want it.

It is 73" by 59" height; Terrace Allspice color (brown).

It is a brand new, still in the box, custom shade. The shade was manufactured by Springs Window Fashions, and sold through Home Depot. This custom window shade was configured for a 73” width and a 59” height. Shade is “cordless”, i.e., raised and lowered by hand (no hanging cords).  It has a soft fold, inside mount, with a 5 1/4” valance. All the features are a special custom build. Selling for $400, or best offer, resident paid over $500. The shade is still in box, never opened.

Resident has ten (10) empty cardboard storage boxes. Boxes were used only once and are in like-new condition.

These boxes are available at no cost.
