Concrete Rust Stains

If you are experiencing rust stains on your concrete sidewalks or driveways, some homeowners are having success with a product called "Iron Out". Product can be purchased at Lowes.

To remove rust from concrete, wet area first and then sprinkle iron out (generously) on stain. Let it stand for approximately ten (10) minutes and then scrub with a stiff bristle brush and then rinse.

Shower Floors How to Clean a Textured Shower Floor

This is the first thing I found that actually works. The only thing that I had to do was tweak the mixture to get a paste-like consistency.

When I did the suggested 1 part baking soda, 1 part vinegar the mixture was still too wet. I had to add more baking soda.

I had to do this procedure a couple of times but even after the first application you could see a big difference.

In addition, I used a scrub brush, not a toothbrush!
