At the HOA Meeting on April 21, 2016 Officer Justin Walker of the Washington Twp Police Dept spoke to residents about Home Security.

A question was raised about whether deadbolts on exterior doors could have a key on the interior side or was a knob required.

Here is what Officer Walker said...

"per code, a deadbolt must have a knob on the interior side."
