OBJECTIVE –
The objective of the ARB
Committee is to regulate the external design, appearance, use,
location, and maintenance of the Properties and of improvements
thereon, in a manner as to preserve and enhance values and to
maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and the natural
vegetation and topography and in accordance with the Architectural
Guidelines.
This
Committee's function is to disposition external home improvement applications
and conduct annual home inspections to ensure compliance with guidelines, rules
& regulations. |
